The Land Effects team is a strong group of experienced landscape designers who have been formally educated in landscape architecture and landscape design . Our combined practical design and on- site experience surpasses 50 years ! Keith has been designing and building since 1985. We tightly manage our projects to deliver on time and on budget. Our clients are always impressed with how we think of just about everything within our design contract – we are thorough so there are no surprises.
We work as a team –each member is aware of his responsibilities and how they apply to the overall effort. We have good communication systems in place and are always available to you to answer any concerns or new requirements that may arise. From creative landscape design through to rigorous project management and strong teamwork our highly qualified landscape and trades professionals deliver on the vision of our clients. At Land Effects we believe that each of our clients has a unique vision, and our mission is to bring that vision to life, and do it on time, on budget, and with the least interruption to our clients as possible.
Every project includes itemized project proposals so you can see where your money is being spent and what items impact the project costs. From this we can adjust the components, consider phasing, or adjust materials if there are budget considerations.
Keith Evans is a landscape designer and the principal of Land Effects.
Keith has been passionately designing and building gardens and outdoor living spaces since 1987 after graduating from Ryerson’s Landscape Architecture Program.
We had a very general idea of what we wanted. Keith understood us exactly, told us the best ways to get them done plus recommended a number of creative design ideas that were excellent and that we incorporated. He discussed with us our options for design and material and made knowledgeable and well thought out recommendations.
