We are passionate about the projects that we do. Whether it is a large commercial project or a pool installation or deck for a private residence we put in the same care and attention to detail. Each project has its its own challenges and its own rewards. We see it through from initial concept design to final completion. And, we are proud of our work and this shows in the quality that we provide. As a result, much of our new business comes from referrals from satisfied customers.
Our Approach
We tightly manage our projects so we can deliver on time and on budget. Our clients are always impressed with how we think of just about everything within our contract – we are thorough so there are no surprises – the job costs what we say it's going to cost.
We keep our job sites organized and tidy at all times in order to ensure safety and to maximize project productivity.
We work as a team – each member aware of his own responsibilities and how it applies to the overall effort. Breaks are often spent discussing the logistics of the next stage of the project.
We have good communication systems in place and are always available to you to answer any concerns or requirements that may arise.
We provide itemized project proposals for every job so you can see where your money is being spent and what items impact the project costs. From this we can adjust the components, consider phasing, or adjust materials if there are budget considerations. —top—

Keith, a landscape designer and the principal of Land Effects, has been passionately designing and building gardens and outdoor living spaces since 1987 after graduating from Ryerson's Landscape Architecture Program. Keith says:

From creative landscape design through to rigorous project management and strong teamwork our highly qualified landscape and trades professionals deliver on the vision of our clients. Keith loves to share:

Land Effects employs experienced Landscape workers and sends its employees on training programs through Landscape Ontario and WSIB safety programs. We also employ skilled and licensed trades personnel. Land Effects is an equal opportunity employer.

The Association sponsors various trade shows, hosts chapter meetings, provides education programs to its members, and represents its membership to all levels of government.
